Recently, my daily walks have shifted into a more intentional practice—one of returning to the same land again and again, noticing seasonal change, and paying attention to what unfolds when we slow down enough to really see.

Why I Walk the Same Land Again and Again

I walk the same stretch of land most days. Not to get somewhere. Not to exercise. But to notice.

Over time, I’ve learned that when I slow down and pay attention, the place begins to reveal itself differently. Walking the same path again and again has changed how I relate not only to the land itself, but to my own inner landscape as well.
